Most Common Error Codes (All Series)

• OC1 / OC2 / OC3: Overcurrent – Check motor wiring, acceleration time, or motor parameters.
• OV1 / OV2 / OV3: Overvoltage – Deceleration too fast or regenerative energy. Install braking resistor if needed.
• UV: Undervoltage – Check input power supply and phase loss.
• OH1 / OH2: Inverter or motor overheating – Improve ventilation and reduce load.
• EF / External Fault: External fault signal triggered on multi-function input.
• CE / Communication Error: Check RS485 wiring, baud rate, and station address.
• SCP / Short Circuit: Motor short circuit or output phase-to-phase short.

GD350 & AX Series Specific

• STO Fault: Safe Torque Off circuit not closed properly.
• Encoder Error (PG): Check encoder wiring and parameters (P22 group).
• No Display: Verify control power supply (24V or mains input).

Maintenance & Operation Tips

• Parameter Backup: Always backup parameters before modification using keypad or INVT Studio software.
• Motor Auto-tuning: Perform complete tuning (static + dynamic) for best performance.
• Regular Maintenance: Clean dust every 3–6 months, check cooling fans and capacitors.

Safety note: Disconnect all power sources and wait at least 10 minutes for the DC bus capacitors to fully discharge before touching internal components. Only qualified electricians should perform installation and commissioning.
